Note on Martha's Breaks

If you have money to burn and can deal with the frequent summer onshores then Martha's Vinyard is the place for you. The major breaks are mostly inaccessible private beaches with no parking or transportation options, but here’s a list:
-South Beach State Park (sand bar with mostly rights)
-Squibnocket (point break, private beach, after hours access may be possible)
-Gayhead (gets SW swells and holds up to the common SE winds, also a private beach, so go after hours, payment parking 10-15 minute walk away)
-West Tisbury Long Point Wildlife Refuge (pay to park, open 6 to 9, sand bar with mostly rights)
